users in these countries to change the language settings in Google search
on desktop. But how do you change the language from the default to your
preferred language?

Finally, you should be aware that once you have successfully changed the
language of your Google search engine, all the menu options, interface
elements, toolbars, and search results going forward will appear in the
new language.
